I have been curious about the popularity of tattoos. It seems as though the tattoo which
was once shunned is now a kind of right to enter. The article below claims 20% of Americans are tattooed.  I think that number is much higher.  But that’s just me.

the following news article along with
Revelation 13:15-18
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Seen At 11: Company Developing ‘Tech Tattoos’ So People Can Track Their Medical, Financial Info
January 29, 2016 11:18 PM

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Could we soon be carrying all of our medical and financial information on a tattoo?
Software company Chaotic Moon has developed a “tech tattoo” that gets embedded into a person’s arm and can track a person’s financial and medical information.

Eric Schneider, the company’s hardware creative technologist, explained the tattoo can monitor if a person is about to get sick.
Rather than going to the doctor once a year for your physical, this tech tattoo can be something you put on your body once a year and it monitors everything that they would do in a physical and it sends that to your doctor, and if there’s an issue they can call you,” Schneider said. “So the tech tattoos can really tie in everything into one package. It can look at early signs of fever, your vital signs, heart rate, everything it needs to look at to notify you that you’re getting sick or your child is getting sick.”
The tattoo will transmit this information wirelessly to a mobile app or computer being monitored by their health professionals.
Schneider also said that people would be able to carry their financial information through this tattoo.
We carry wallets around and they are so vulnerable. With the tech tattoo you can carry all your information on your skin and when you want your credit card information or your ID, you can pull that up automatically through the system,” he said.
The tattoos are made with “electro conductive ink” that contain various sensors, and in some cases tiny microchips. The makers say they will last for up to a year.
Tim Moynihan of Wired Magazine thinks there could be a future with these tech tattoos.
“Twenty percent of Americans, I think, have tattoos so there is a potential market there.” Moynihan told CBS2.

Lance Ulanoff of Mashable called it a “fascinating idea” that could potentially be used to help track missing children or checking up on soldiers in combat.
“Right now they wear suits to try and keep track of all their vitals, and if something goes wrong with the suit then maybe there’s a problem, but if it’s on your skin, they know all the time,” Ulanoff told CBS2.
Cosmetic company L’Oreal is also getting in on the action with a temporary tattoo that can track UV exposure and alert people if they’re in danger of burning.

Zika virus likely to spread throughout the Americas, says WHO

If you do not want to read the whole article then just check out the red

ZIKA is a plauge that effects new born babies.  It causes babies to be born born with hideous birth defects.

Drug companies evaluate existing vaccine technology as only Canada and Chile expected to be free of mosquito-borne disease

Two of the world’s biggest drug companies are evaluating whether existing vaccine technology could be used against the Zika virus, as the World Health Organisation warned the mosquito-borne virus was likely to spread to all countries in the Americas except for Canada and Chile.
The WHO director general, Margaret Chan, told the organisation’s executive board that she had asked Carissa Etienne, head of the WHO in the Americas, to brief the board later this week on its response to the outbreak.
The mosquito-borne Zika virus has been linked to brain deformities in babies.
Although a causal link between Zika infection in pregnancy and microcephaly has not – and I must emphasise – has not been established, the circumstantial evidence is suggestive and extremely worrisome,” Chan said. “An increased occurrence of neurological symptoms, noted in some countries coincident with arrival of the virus, adds to the concern.”
Zika is transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which is also known to carry the dengue, yellow fever and Chikungunya viruses.
There is no vaccine or treatment for Zika, which typically causes mild fevers and rashes, although about 80% of those infected show no symptoms.
“We’re concluding our feasibility studies as quickly as we can to see if our vaccine technology platforms might be suitable for working on Zika,” Glaxo spokeswoman Anna Padula told Reuters in an email.
France’s Sanofi SA, which won approval late last year for the first dengue vaccine, has also said it is reviewing the possibility of applying its technology for Zika. “However, there are too many unknowns about Zika to reliably judge the ability to research and develop a vaccine effectively,” a spokesman said last month.
The first outbreak of the disease outside of Africa, Asia and the Pacific islands occurred in May 2015, when a case was reported in Brazil.
It was previously considered to have relatively mild consequences for those infected. But in November Brazil’s health ministry said that the virus was linked to a foetal deformation known as microcephaly, in which babies are born with smaller than normal brains.
Brazil has reported almost 4,000 suspected cases of microcephaly, the WHO said last Friday, over 30 times more than had been reported in any year since 2010.
The WHO’s warning came as the Brazilian authorities announced plans to prevent the spread of the disease during this summer’s Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, when about 500,000 tourists are expected to descend on the city.
The WHO said the 21 countries predicted to be affected are all those in the region that have Aedes mosquitoes, which carry the virus. Zika has not yet been reported in the continental United States, though a woman who fell ill with the virus in Brazil later gave birth to a baby with brain damage in Hawaii.
The WHO attributed the rapid spread of Zika to the fact that the population of the Americas had not previously been exposed to it and so lacks immunity.
It said in a statement: “The role of Aedes mosquitoes in transmitting Zika is documented and well understood, while evidence about other transmission routes is limited. Zika has been isolated in human semen, and one case of possible person-to-person sexual transmission has been described. However, more evidence is needed to confirm whether sexual contact is a means of Zika transmission.
It said there was no evidence of Zika being transmitted to babies through breast milk. Pregnant women planning to travel to areas where the virus is circulating are advised to consult a healthcare provider before travelling and on their return.
The Brazilian authorities said inspections of Olympic facilities would begin four months before the Games to get rid of mosquito breeding grounds and daily sweeps would take place during the competition. They added that fumigation would be an option but would be limited because of concerns for the health of the athletes and visitors.

Laura Rodrigues, professor of infectious disease epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, said evidence of a link with microcephaly was strong. “Evidence includes temporal association between Zika outbreaks and microcephaly outbreaks both in Brazil and French Polynesia,” she said. “The virus is neurotropic. It grows in the brain of the foetus and destroys brain structures so the developing brain is malformed – small – that’s the cause of the microcephaly.”
She said that there had previously been little research on Zika as it was seen as of “no public health importance”, but the suggestion that it could cause congenital infections and microcephaly had changed that view.
Rodrigues suggested that with a major international effort there could possibly be a vaccine within the next couple of years.
Trudie Lang, professor of global health research at Oxford University, said it was important that the response from the research community was faster than with Ebola.
“This is an important emerging disease outbreak situation and we really must apply the lessons that we learnt from Ebola because Zika could be a major public health issue in these countries,” she said. “There are many unknowns and so research is urgently needed to understand what is happening and how to prevent further cases.
There is no treatment and no vaccine and so this would need addressing through clinical trials as quickly as possible.”

Study: Anti-Semitism Skyrockets in Canada
Posted By Adam Kredo On June 16, 2015
ANTI-SEMITIC INCIDENTS IN CANADA SKYROCKETED OVER THE LAST YEAR and have now hit the highest levels “ever recorded” by human rights groups tracking the number of anti-Jewish episodes, according to a new study.
Canadians across the country reported experiencing more anti-Semitism than in the past four years, with anti-Semitic incidents having risen a total of 28 percent from 2013 to 2014, according to the global Jewish advocacy group B’nai B’rith International (BBI).
This made 2014 the “worst year” for anti-Semitism since advocacy groups began tracking incidents in 1982.
The majority of those who reported an instance of anti-Semitism faced harassment, while others faced forms of violence and vandalism as a result of being Jewish, according to the report.
The rise coincides with A GLOBAL SURGE IN ANTI-SEMITISM, including a rash of terrorist attacks against Jewish communities in countries such as France.
In Canada alone, there were 1,627 anti-Jewish incidents in 2014, a nearly 30 percent rise since the previous year. Such cases “can vary from slurs, name calling, and graffiti, to assault, arson, and bomb threats,” the report states.
“The year 2014 saw the highest number of anti-Semitic incidents ever recorded by B’nai B’rith and the League for Human Rights,” according to the report. “At 1,627 incidents, this year saw a 28 percent increase over 2013. This is consistent with data gathered by other human rights organizations around the world, such as the Anti-Defamation League, who reported a 21 percent increase over the previous year.”

The report’s authors warn that anti-Semitism is becoming a serious threat in Canada and that it follows with larger trends across the globe.
“It would be easy to allow the events of 2014 and the rising prevalence of occurrences to convince Canadians that anti-Semitism has become an inevitable and insurmountable problem in this country, and to allow fear and anger to take hold,” the report states.
However, the events unfolding in other parts of the world should serve to illustrate the need for increased ties between the Jewish community and the larger Canadian society.  IT IS NOT BY BUILDING BARRIERS THAT WE WILL ELIMINATE ANTI-SEMITISM, BUT RATHER BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, AND ENCOURAGING INTER-COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND DIALOGUE,” IT SAYS.

[From Matthew chapter one right on up to today,  “BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, AND ENCOURAGING INTER-COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND DIALOGUE” Has never worked, and if it hasn’t worked in over 2,000 years It follows that it just aint goin to work ever.

Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.  me]

TORONTO POLICE have reported similar finding, with one recent report concluding: “Toronto’s Jewish community was the most victimized group, on the receiving end of nearly one in every three reported hate crime incidents.
In addition, “similar results were seen in other municipalities around Canada, and this disturbing trend is indicative of a larger, global rise in anti-Semitism, with 2014 seeing multiple high-profile anti-Semitic incidents across Europe and around the world.”
Researchers attribute growing anti-Semitism to the ongoing conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians and a growth in anti-Israel activity on college campuses.
“On college and university campuses across Canada, on the streets in protests and in the media, ONE DRUM-BEAT IS BEING POUNDED AGAIN AND AGAIN: JEWS, VIA THE STATE OF ISRAEL, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOME OF THE WORST TYPES OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS AND THE GENOCIDE OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE,” the report states. “Criticism of Israeli policy has become a condemnation of the Jewish people as a whole, legitimized by movements such as BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) [movement].”
[How can college students believe the above when everyone is aware of the homicidal terrorist and the pure unadulterated hatred for any and every living Jew from infant to the senior by EVERY true Muslim.
Perhaps the following Bible verse will shead some light on it
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. me]

In 2014 alone, Jewish individuals reported being targeted for wearing yarmulkes in public and having their homes vandalized with anti-Semitic graffiti.
In April of last year, for instance, several Hasidic homes were vandalized, with one being completely destroyed by arson, according to the report.
Another individual reported that a mattress was set on fire “with the words ‘burnt Jew’ written across the top.”
The Washington Free Beacon reported in July that a family of pro-Israel supporters were assaulted and strangled by pro-Palestinian protestors and an anti-Israel event in Calgary.
Family members reported protesters shouting, “Kill Jews,” “Hitler should finish you off,” and “baby killers.” Events then turned violent when some of the protesters punched family members and spat on them.
A vandal smeared dog feces onto the door of a synagogue in Toronto in September.

Deuteronomy 7:6 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
Deu 7:7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:
Deu 7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Deu 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Deu 7:10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
